Welcome to Storage Prattsbottom. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our storage facilities and services. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.
1. General Terms
- Eligibility: Users must be at least 18 years old to rent storage space.
- Agreement: By signing a rental agreement, you accept these terms and conditions.
- Modifications: We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Rental Terms
Our storage units are available for rent on a monthly basis. The rental period begins on the date you move in and continues until you vacate the unit.
2.1 Payment
- Monthly Fees: Rent is due on the first day of each month.
- Late Payments: A late fee will be applied if rent is not received within five days of the due date.
- Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card, debit card, and bank transfer.
2.2 Security Deposit
A security deposit is required at the time of rental. This deposit will be refunded upon termination of the rental agreement, provided there is no damage to the unit beyond normal wear and tear.
3. Use of Storage Unit
You agree to use the storage unit solely for the storage of personal property. The following items are prohibited:
- Hazardous materials
- Perishable goods
- Illegal items
Any violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement without refund.
4. Access and Security
Access: You have access to your storage unit during our standard operating hours. Extended access may be available upon request.
Security: While we provide security measures such as surveillance cameras and secure locks, we are not responsible for the loss or damage of your stored items. It is recommended to insure your belongings.
4.1 Insurance
We offer insurance options for an additional fee. Please contact our office for more information.
5. Maintenance and Repairs
We are responsible for maintaining the structural integrity of the facility. However, renters are responsible for any damage to their storage unit caused by misuse or neglect.
5.1 Reporting Issues
If you notice any maintenance issues, please report them immediately to our office for prompt resolution.
6. Termination of Agreement
You may terminate your rental agreement by providing a written notice at least 30 days in advance. Early termination may incur additional fees as outlined in your agreement.
6.1 Eviction
Failure to comply with these terms may result in eviction from the storage facility without refund.
7. Liability
Storage Prattsbottom is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our storage services. Our liability is limited to the amount of the security deposit.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our facility is located. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
9. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
10. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
11. Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Storage Prattsbottom regarding the use of our storage services.
By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
